Canicross Beginners with Lisa Jordan

Join Canicross coach and human Physiotherapist Lisa Jordan for this beginner session for Canicross. Learn about the equipment, cues and have a great time enjoying Canicross with your dog. You don’t need to be a natural athlete to participate - in fact many people start with Canicross to improve their own fitness, as well as develop a stronger bond with their own dog. You will run, jog or walk at your own pace, and find that you pace improves as your fitness improves with practice.
